This new activity history for each control helps pinpoint when changes happen, so you have traceability of user actions and system assessments and gap analyses.
In Compliance Control Activity History, you can view all actions related to an individual control from within the context of Compliance Intelligence.
When viewing a control, user can expect to see an Activity tab:
The activity tab displays all the actions taken on the control, starting from the date that the feature was enabled on the account.
The activity tab should be sorted chronologically with the most recent update at the top.
The following actions should be represented on the tab, including actions taken by individual users as well as Qualio AI:
Control ownership changed
Control status changed
Control description changed
Add or Remove process definitions
Add or Remove objective evidence
Fetch started for a control
Gap created
Gap status changed
Start definition assessment
Start evidence assessment
Evidence monitor updated
