Improved library filters and UI: The document Library now uses the same filter panel as the Workspace, and adds an owner filter and an owner column.

Editors sign off as complete: Editors can mark their edits as finished, mirroring Mark as Reviewed. Owners are notified once all editors are done, and each completion is recorded in the audit trail.

Import content from Word: Insert the contents of a Word file into an open draft at the cursor position, rather than creating a new document.

Page break previews in content: Turn on pagination previews to see where pages will break on export, without exporting first.

Export compare against: Export a version comparison from the Compare Against view as a redlined PDF, with options for orientation, cover page, and strikethroughs.

Approval workflow in Resource Library: Send resources through ordered approval steps before they are made effective. Steps can be assigned to people or groups and can require a set number of approvals.

Expanded event list filters: Select multiple values in a single filter, find events with missing data using the new empty option, and filter by due date, result date, and related records.

Configurable event list views: Save filter and column combinations as named views, switch between them in a click, and set a personal default.

Saved views on event list: The event list now supports saved views. You can save your filters and column setup as a view, make any view your default, and delete views you don’t need. To share a view, send its URL to other users and they’ll see the same filters and columns.

Search the Tasks tab: Search tasks under Events by title, task ID, or description text, alongside the existing filters.

Smartlinks in task descriptions and comments: Link to documents, events, suppliers, and other resources from within a task description or comment.

Configurable pass rate for training assessments: Set an account wide pass percentage for document training, with per document overrides. Actual scores are now visible on completed trainings. This is in Organization Settings.

Superseded training statuses: Outstanding training on a superseded version now shows as Superseded Due or Superseded Overdue across training records and exports, instead of Due or Overdue.

Direct relationships between resources: Link documents, events, and suppliers to each other from the Relationships tab, including upload format documents. Relationships appear on both records and can be removed in one click.
