This action can only be completed by a Quality User. If you have entered your own details incorrectly, and aren't a Quality User, you'll need to ask a Quality User in your organization. 

If you're a Quality User, follow the steps below to quickly update user details:

  1. Go to Settings>Organisational Settings
  2. Click on Users & Groups
  3. In the Users Tab, Click on the user you want to update. 
  4. Update the user information as required

*Please note that updating the email address will send a notification to the user that the email address has been updated.
