Some of our customers are users in multiple Qualio accounts, many of which are Sandboxes where they can test out document and event templates before implementing them in their main account.

In order to save yourself from creating content in the wrong instance. Be sure you check to see which company is selected next to your name:

If you click the Company Name, a dropdown menu will be displayed showing all instances that you have an account in. Select the account you'd like to switch to:

After the account you selected loads up in Qualio, be sure you do a hard refresh just to ensure you are in the correct account.
