Qualio for troubleshooting purposes.

  • Customer Empowerment: Qualio Admins can easily enable or disable read-only access for Qualio within your Qualio Admin Settings. This feature is on by default enabling Qualio to deliver an exceptional customer experience, but provides the flexibility to manage it based on your security needs.

  • Data Ownership: This change puts you in control of your data. You can decide when and if Qualio has read-only access for troubleshooting purposes. This flexibility ensures you maintain primary ownership over your information.

  • Audit Trail Updates: The audit trail will log when read-only access is granted or revoked, providing transparency and accountability.

  • Streamlined Support: Keeping this setting enabled allows Qualio to quickly troubleshoot and replicate issues.


How to Manage Access

  1. Click on the Gear Icon

  2. Select the Admin settings from the dropdown list

  3. Click on the Configuration menu item

  4. Locate the "Qualio support access" section

  5. Enable/Disable the checkbox and then click Save

Audit Trail Logs for Changes to Access

The audit trail will log when read-only access is granted or revoked.
