What's New in the User Experience
Redesigned Navigation
Navigate Qualio with ease using our new, intuitive left-hand navigation menu. This simplified design makes it easier to find what you need, saving you valuable time.
Workspace and Library Enhancements
Qualio's new document experience simplifies creation, actions, and navigation, empowering users with efficient version comparison.
Streamlined Document Creation: Create documents faster with fewer required fields upfront. Easily manage document properties in a convenient side panel, accessible during editing.
Action-Oriented Interface: No more filtering by status before taking action on documents. Select one or multiple documents, and the available actions appear instantly.
Enhanced Discoverability: Wider tables in the Workspace and Library display more documents by default. For better navigation, the "Title" column now appears before the "Type" column.
Simplified Tag Behavior: Clicking a tag no longer filters the document list, aligning with standard tag behavior.
Enhanced Version Comparison (Normal Users): Normal users can now compare two document versions directly from the Library screen, saving time and effort.

Seamlessly manage document properties, switch between tabs, take action, and compare versions with a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

Standardized Email Notifications: We've improved the consistency and clarity of our email notifications to help you stay informed about updates and collaborate more effectively with your team.
Configurable Preferences: Control the types of notifications you receive to minimize distractions by allow you to choose which types of notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them (in-app, email, or both).
