Connect Zephyr Scale to Qualio to streamline your testing and quality management processes. This integration allows you to:
Sync test cases, test cycles, and test results with Qualio. Keep your quality records up-to-date by automatically syncing testing data from Zephyr Scale.
Link testing activities to Design Controls and other quality records. Establish complete traceability by connecting your testing efforts with relevant design controls, requirements, and other quality documentation within Qualio.

Creating a Service User Account (Recommended)
Before connecting, we recommend creating a dedicated service user account in Intercom for the integration. This helps:
Avoid Disruptions: Prevent integration issues if a personal account used for authorization becomes inactive (e.g., due to an employee leaving the company).
Control Access: Ensure that only the intended data is accessible within Qualio by granting the service user appropriate permissions in Intercom.
Setting Up the Zephyr Scale Integration
Navigate to Integrations & Imports: Go to Settings > Integrations & Imports.
Connect to Zephyr Scale: Click the "Connect" button for Zephyr Scale.
Next page will prompt you to enter an API Token from Zephyr to connect your workspace . Then click Complete Setup.
Once connected, you should see it listed within your main Integrations page.
