Qualio's XRay Cloud integration allows you to connect your test cases, test executions, and test results into Qualio.

Centralized Test Management: Automatically sync XRay test cases, test executions, and results into Qualio for a unified view of your testing activities.
Improved Traceability: Link testing activities to Design Controls and other quality records, ensuring enhanced visibility and audit trails across your processes.
Optimized Workflows: Automate tasks based on XRay activities, such as creating Qualio events or updating related records, for a more efficient testing process.
Comprehensive Test Insights: Gain valuable insights into your testing efforts by incorporating detailed test data directly into your quality management system.
IMPORTANT: The following steps may require authentication and approval from your XRay Cloud administrator in order to successfully set up and configure the connection. Please speak with your administrator if you have any questions.
Creating a Service User Account (Recommended)
Before connecting, we recommend creating a dedicated service user account in Intercom for the integration. This helps:
Avoid Disruptions: Prevent integration issues if a personal account used for authorization becomes inactive (e.g., due to an employee leaving the company).
Control Access: Ensure that only the intended data is accessible within Qualio by granting the service user appropriate permissions in XRay.
Setting Up the XRay Integration
Navigate to Integrations & Imports: Go to Settings > Integrations & Imports.
Connect to XRay: Click the "Connect" button for XRay.
Press "Complete Setup".
This will connect the Integration.

βPlease Note: Ensure JIRA is setup, otherwise it cannot be completed (you'll get a warning on the XRay form.
If your XRay user account does not have the required permissions you will see an error stating there was a problem authenticating your account. Please confirm that the user account completing the process has the permissions required to install XRay apps (typically an Admin).
βOnce connected, you should see it listed within your main Integrations page.

Once you've set up the XRay Cloud integration, you can automate workflows within Qualio.
