Customers who are already logging quality events in their CRM can push those events to Qualio automatically with a CRM Events Integration. Historically, customers have had to choose which platform (CRM or QMS) will be the system of record for their quality events, or they had to create events in multiple platforms which was a redundant, manual headache!

Currently, the Events Integration is only available for Salesforce. Additional integrations with CRMs, ERPs, and other systems will become available throughout 2022.
