Between Launch Trains, Qualio is hard at work developing new features based on what we hear from our customers. We invite our customers to participate in beta testing to provide feedback to our product team.

Admins can access the Beta Features Page to turn these features on in the Sandbox or production ahead of the official release by navigating to Settings > Admin Settings > Beta Features.

Note for enabling in Production instances

Because these features/enhancements are still in beta, they are not yet reflected in the current validation documentation. Upon release of a feature, any additional or updated test cases will be reflected in the validation documentation released during the 30-day validation period.

Below is a list of our current, ongoing betas:

Group Manager Training

Assign managers to your groups, allowing the managers to view training completion data for all their assigned groups and individuals.

Wide view editing in documents

Adds an option for document owners to toggle a document into a wider view, which matches the width of the landscape export. This also adds a zoom selector to support editing wider content on narrow screens.

Manage reviewers and approvers in draft event steps

Manage approvers on Event content and form steps after they have been sent for approval without needing to revert to draft. In addition, manage Reviewers for all event steps and documents while the resources are In Review.

Training completed past due

Display a new stat on all Training overview pages that displays the number of trainings that were completed past their due date.

Developer API

Access Qualio’s new Developer API, including documents, training, events, and supplier endpoints. Visit the developer portal and visit Developer API help center article for more information.

All Sandboxes can access this beta feature, but API access for production accounts is based on pricing plans.
