Between Launch Trains, Qualio is hard at work developing new features based on what we hear from our customers. We invite our customers to participate in beta testing to provide feedback to our product team.

Admins can access the Beta Features Page to turn these features on in the Sandbox or production ahead of the official release by navigating to Settings > Admin Settings > Beta Features.

Note for enabling in Production instances

Because these features/enhancements are still in beta, they are not yet reflected in the current validation documentation. Upon release of a feature, any additional or updated test cases will be reflected in the validation documentation released during the 30-day validation period.

Below is a list of our current, ongoing betas:

Developer API

Access Qualio’s new Developer API, including documents, training, events, and supplier endpoints. Visit the developer portal and visit Developer API help center article for more information.

All Sandboxes can access this beta feature, but API access for production accounts is based on pricing plans.

Supplier Export

Exported single supplier records have an improved format and now include supporting Qualio documents. In addition, it is now possible to export supplier policy configurations. Both types of exports are supported by in-app and e-mail notifications.

Homepage Dashboard

Homepage is split up the dashboard data into two separate views:

My Actions: These are all actions or tasks assigned to me that others are waiting on completion. This includes event tasks, approvals, and reviews but reorganized to be more action oriented.

Watch List: These are all the resources I own that I may be waiting on others for completion. This is high level view of statuses and user has an ability to view progress for things like number of approvals or number of event steps completed.

Change Control - Exports and New Notifications

When exporting documents (individually or in bulk), users can now choose to include the relevant change control alongside the document PDF, making documentation packages more comprehensive.

Users can now prevent a document from being sent for approval if the Change Control tab of the current version of the document has not been edited. Preventing this action will help with compliance by ensuring all changes have been accurately recorded.
