Welcome to Qualio, and to the beginning of your simplified Quality Management! This guide is intended to show you the ins and outs of Qualio as a basic user. 

Getting Started

Your Account

As a basic user, you will be able to read and train on documents which have been assigned to you. 

Setting up your Account

Once your organisation is all set up, you'll receive an e-mail inviting you to set up your Qualio account. It will contain a link to account set up.

When you click on this link, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address and you'll be asked to set up a password. This sets up your account. 

Once your account has been set up, your e-mail address will be your username.

Simple!

How to Login to Qualio

Head to app.qualio.com and sign in, using your e-mail and the password you have set.

Navigation

When you log into Qualio, you'll see a top navigation bar and your basic user dashboard will display like this:

Now, let's work through each section

Dashboard:

The dashboard will display a list of:

  1. Documents assigned for training
  2. Quality event issues created by, or assigned to the basic user
  3. Quality event tasks created by, or assigned to the basic user.

The dashboard display allows for the basic user to filter the list display based on type. 

From the dashboard, a basic user can create Quality Event issues* 

NB: Quality events are explained in more detail, later. 

Documents:

Here is where you access your library of documents. You can read and train on documents from this display. Training is explained in more detail, later.

This window will show you all the documents that are available. Of course, you will probably have many more than what's on our demo account, so let's show you how to find the document you're looking for. You can achieve this in a few ways.

Tags:
Tags are a super way of organising your work. Your Quality Team will have assigned tags and you can filter by those tags. The menu will display like this:

Search:
Here you can search for keywords in a document title and within a document. Of course, there are more detailed searches that you can do, which are outlined in the following document: How To: Search for Documents.

Training:

This section will give you an overview of how you're doing in training, and also access to the specific documents that you have training on. You will be notified by e-mail every time a new training exercise is assigned to you. Or you can check in here.

How to complete training:

Completing training couldn't be easier. You will be notified by e-mail when you have training to complete. There will be a link within this e-mail to the document you are required to complete training on. Simply click on the document that has been assigned for training to you and read through each section carefully. At the end of the document you will see the following:

Click on this to complete your training. You will be asked to digitally sign the document, i.e, put in your name and password to certify that you have trained on the document. This information will be available to your admin user in reporting as well as available to you on the main training dashboard.

Assessment training:
Your admin user may add a training assessment for you to complete. You will be notified within Qualio of any training assessments which are due.

Quality Events:

A “Quality Event” is an event that requires a pre-defined action or response and tracking in accordance with regulatory requirements. 

With Qualio, Basic users can create an event, work on associated steps/actions, assign associated steps/actions and sign-off on associated steps/actions.

NB: CAPAs are a customised quality event. Read about customising quality events here.

This icon will direct you to our help centre. Here, you can contact us via chat, or visit our help centre, which is full of useful information-You can find help on getting started, how to guides and FAQs.

This is the settings drop down. Here, you can edit your personal account settings. Additionally, this is where you will see our product changes. Keep your eyes peeled for exciting new features.
